Concierge home fitness and wellness services, in-office, or online. We take a holistic and non-judgmental approach to help you optimize your well-being.
This service is great for people who want to improve their fitness or well-being with someone who understands aging and health conditions and can modify programming around it. It’s also great for people who are discharged from PT but want continued support.
We also work with you to create the program that’s right for you based on your needs.

Arthritis
Parkinson’s Disease
Alzheimer’s or other dementias
Osteopenia & osteoporosis
On or post GLP-1 Inhibitor
Chronic Pain
Diabetes
General deconditioning
How it works
-
Fitness Assessment
We always start by determining where your strength, stamina, and stability are relative to your specific goal.
-
Plan
Then we create a plan and an expected time frame for achieving your goals based on your conditions, motivation, and timeline.
What will we do?
That all depends on your goal and what elements of strength, stamina or stability you need to improve to get there. We create our plan to be as reasonable and achievable as possible to ensure success.
If you need to work on building the stability and stamina to walk the golf course or the strength to hoist grand kids up into your arms; we’ll tailor a program just to that.
If equipment is needed, we bring it along. We’ll often use things you already have.
